BRIAN NAUGHTON

Brian Naughton is an award winning filmmaker based in Chicago, Illinois. Brian currently works on broadcast advertising commercials for Cutters Studios.

In 2015 he wrote and directed the short horror film, What Goes Up, which was an official selection in 13 festivals and earned numerous nominations and awards including Best Director for Brian.  He earned his MFA from DePaul University for his thesis film, Making Beethoven Proud. The short drama is currently making its festival run and has already screened at the DAM Shorts Film Festival, Fargo Film Festival, Golden Door International Film Festival, the UK Film Review Festival, and was a Finalist at the Independent Shorts Film Festival.
